Hi, my name is Frankie. I'm a behavioral strategist, psychologist-in-training, and entrepreneur with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Organizational Psychology. My work bridges the science of behavior with the art of communication — helping individuals, teams, and communities change how they think, act, and lead.

I’ve spent years building a career that lives at the intersection of psychology, media, and business. From consulting with municipalities and nonprofits, to training corporate leaders and creatives, and even working as a speaker coach and consultant.  I use evidence-based strategies to shift behavior and spark transformation. My personal mantra, "own your actions, create your experiences" guides everything I do.

Alongside my behavioral work, I’m also an award-winning speaker and former syndicated radio host, honored with a national Stellar Award, an ICON of Radio award, and others. I've shared stages with thought leaders, artists, and changemakers, and I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with brands like Warner Brothers, Tyler Perry Studios, and South by Southwest.

Community impact matters to me. That’s why I founded The Giving Project – Dallas, which fed nearly 1,000 people annually for five years. During my time with TGP, the City of Dallas nominated me for Philanthropist of the Year — an honor that I hold extremely dear and I feel, reflects my belief in using every platform to uplift others.
